The Torah will never be exchanged or replaced by any other revelation to another nation or group of people. Therefore, the Rambam urged the community in Yemen and the rest of the Jewish nation in the countries of their dispersion that they should look towards the Sinai revelation to strengthen and solidify their faith in G-d, the Torah and the Jewish people.
